but despite of the mandate of the ombudsman of ontario role and jurisdictions,there are some inside their office are not complying to the act,upon talking to her,she requested me to send the human rights tribunal of ontario which is supposed to be neutral,equal,transparent and quasi-judicial and the role of the adjudicator must apply the hrto rules of procedures but i am not happy with the decision because it's obviously biased unfavour if me. i'm calling all guardians of the rule of law in ontario because this is a mandate of law society and ontario. september 11 2019,statement of principle repealed and replaced with human rights law meaning all lawyers and paralegals must comply by the rules. it is important especially people experienced psycological trauma created by abusive is employers causing suicide due to the effect of their violating the code and ohsa as safety defines as freedom from injury to the body and freedom from damage to health

When I was in the foster system in the 80s to 90s. Of all the 60 to 70 co-inmates 3 were black, 4 were visibly indigenous. All that we had in common is that we came from poor families. As I now understand that funding is based on how many kids are in CAS care and now that the government has been called out for targeting minorities, will the government be targetting the other poor that don't fit into those categories more aggressively with their endless financial resources?

Child advocates are needed to advocate for the children who are victims of the people who play the role of child advocate. I know you conservatives see this as a waste of money; but it's not your kids that are affected. Closed court settings don't allow families dealing with the same acts of kidnapping by the state to compare notes. Parents can't speak to acts of lies over-embellishments and lies that were caught by other judges that have been told by the same case workers. A case worker can be caught lying in one case and the its a fresh slate for them on another case that allows them to be beleived. Parents can't bring up the case(s) that have nothing to do with their family.
